Obtained results demonstrated that the 15 genes (ADIPOQ, ADRB2, ADRB3, IRS1, LEPR, NPY, POMC, PPARG, PPARGC1A, PPARGC1B, PTPN1, SLC22A1, SLC2A4, SREBF1 and UCP1) which directly related to obesity found linked together via biological pathways and/or functions. Then, the relationship between pathogenic variants and anthropometric/biochemical parameters was further evaluated. First, the mutational analyses of 41 of obesity-related genes in 126 children with non-syndromic early-onset severe obesity and 76 healthy non-obese controls were performed using the next generation sequencing (NGS) technique, and the NGS data analyzed by using bioinformatics methods. Computational methods allow rapid and comprehensive pathway analysis, which is important for generation of diagnosis and treatment of obesity.Methods and resultsAims of our study are to comprehensively investigate genetic characteristics of obesity in children with non-syndromic, early-onset ( 3) through computational approaches. Therefore, the understanding the molecular mechanisms of obesity has been a significant approach in medicine. Obesity is a complex genetic-based pediatric disorder which triggers life-threatening conditions. In future, tomato breeding programs must consider breeding for ToMV and TYLCV resistance (using identified germplasm in our study) so as to deliver virus resistant tomato varieties. Correlation between phenotypic evaluation was confirmed by the ELISA results in both diseases, although both tools complemented to assess the viral infection status. Only one accession (Acc-17878) was resistant to the ToMV whereas seven accessions i.e. The tested lines showed significant variability for resistance to ToMV. A subset of 24 lines, was further screened for TYLCV using disease scoring and TAS-ELISA. Infection response was quantified through disease scoring and DAS-ELISA test (for ToMV). A set of 40 accessions (including indigenous Pakistani lines and exotic germplasm from Europe, the United States, and Asia) were evaluated for their resistance/infection response to ToMV with artificial inoculation under greenhouse conditions. Assessment of such lines for biotic stresses particularly viral diseases are the most important criteria for selection in Pakistan, where Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) and Tomato Mosaic Virus (ToMV) are the major diseases/viruses. Local and exotic germplasm of tomato remains a major source for genetic improvement.

In conclusion, it is important for the effectiveness of interventions and preventive programs that aim to address deviant peer affiliation and internet addiction in adolescents to enhance the well-being of their family systems. In accordance with prior research, we found a significant positive relationship between deviant peer affiliation and internet addiction, but in terms of mediation, deviant peer affiliation mediated only the relationship between family cohesion and internet addiction. The results indicated significant negative relationships between family cohesion and internet addiction and between deviant peer affiliation and family cohesion, and a significant positive relationship between family adaptability and internet addiction. Path analysis using structural equation modeling was conducted. A sample of 946 Saudi Arabian adolescents with a mean age of 18.5 years (SD = 3.06) was obtained using snowball sampling.
